A reservation made through this site is a request. Your table is held as pending until we confirm it, usually by telephone. A booking is only guaranteed once we have confirmed it with you.

Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you. We may not be able to hold a table if we cannot confirm your booking.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as possible by phone. We may release a table that is significantly late without notice, and we may need to change or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will contact you.

We ask all guests to help us keep The Apollo a pleasant place for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service at our discretion, including where required by law or house policy.

Guests using the Lounge and bar are subject to applicable age and licensing requirements.

The content of this website, including text, photography, logos and design, belongs to The Apollo or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Menus, events, opening hours and prices shown on the site may change, and are provided for information only.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information that later changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, and any dispute relating to them or to your booking is subject to the jurisdiction of the Mongolian courts.
